Shamim Minoo

Shamim Minoo is an internationally recognized Iranian harpist. At the age of 20, she was awarded the Gold Medal and Renié Prize at the 13th USA International Harp Competition (2025).

Born in 2004, she began studying harp and voice at age six. She soon appeared with major Iranian orchestras including the Tehran Symphony and Iranian National Orchestras.

In 2020, at the age of 15, she moved alone to Paris to study at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional (CRR) with Ghislaine Petit-Volta, later entering the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris under Isabelle Moretti and Geneviève Létang.
